Policies, Terms,  Conditions, and Disclosures

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be received in writing a minimum of 1 week BEFORE the course starts, by email to [email protected] to be eligible for a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee per Module 1 & 2. FNA™ will reply with an acknowledgment. Once the course begins, there are no refunds available.  Once the Module or Lesson has started, tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if you fail to take the class within the 1 year period, you will forfeit your entire registration or tuition fee.

Trademark Compliance: The following terms have been trademarked by FNA™: “Functional Nutritionist Academy”, “Certified Functional Nutritionist” or “CFN”.  Any use of these trademarked terms without the prior consent of FNA™ is strictly prohibited.

Consent and Agreement to Cancellation Policy, Terms, and Conditions & Trademark Compliance:
I, the FNA™ participant, agree to be completely forthcoming with respect to who I am here to represent (i.e. myself, relative, or any other person, company, association, and/or governmental agency). By registering for any FNA™ program, I agree to comply with FNA’s™ Cancellation Policy, all FNA™ Terms and Conditions and Trademark Compliance. I understand that sharing of passwords is strictly prohibited and anyone found sharing passwords will be asked to leave the program immediately with no refund.

FNA™ Privacy Policy:
We respect your privacy and do not tolerate spam and will never sell, rent, lease or give away your information (name, address, email, etc.) to any third party. In order to prevent unauthorized access, we use strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given to us. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure the security of personal data stored on our password protected system.
